Improving your shopping experience at Eyelash Addict Ltd. has always been one of our main focuses. We continue to upgrade and improve out shipping systems to provide you with a faster, more reliable service that guarantees the safety and delivery of your package with every order.

How long will it take to receive the package? 
We ship express post, ensuring 2-5 business days around Canada.

How are shipping rates calculated?
We currently have a flat rate shipping throughout Canada. We are working at finding better options for our customers. 

Order processing
The processing time of an order usually takes 1-3 business days. This will include quality inspection, packaging, and delivered to the post office.  Processing time does not include weekends or holidays, and the processing of every order will be determined by time the order is accepted.

Order tracking
When we ship, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Most of our orders are shipped within 1-3 business days of placing an order. The email will contain the shipment details and your tracking number. You can click the tracking number near the bottom of the email. Enter your tracking number at https://www.canadapost.ca track the status of your order.

 

Order Delaying
If you haven't received the products during the estimated shipping time, please track and confirm the status of your package on https://www.canadapost.ca , if the status of tracking information is abnormal, please contact us for knowing more. We will ensure that we are diligent in helping to resolve this issue. We will ship again or refund when we have verified that the package is not delivered.

 Please note:

Order processing (quality inspection, packaging, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 1-3 business days and is not counted in the "transportation time".
All packages have specific tracking information that is sent via email.
All orders are processed and delivered on standard workdays, Monday-Friday, orders will not be processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
