You will not receive two of the same glue. The purpose of the samples is to allow you to try all three adhesives.
Before you order the samples, please read the following updated guidelines and then email office@eyelashaddict.com with copies of the following three items attached:
• Lash Certificate
• Business License showing the address where your lash salon operates (samples will be sent to your business address only)
• Website address or Facebook Business Page for your lash salon (e.g., www.eyelashaddict.com)
Once you have emailed these three required items, you will be able to order your samples. If you do not send all three required documents prior to ordering the free samples, you will not qualify for the samples and they will not be sent.
• If our records show that you have already received the free sample pack, your order will ship without the samples included. Limit one sample pack per new customer.

Please be aware that Eyelash Addict Ltd. reserves the right to withhold the service fee portion of your payment if we determine that you do not qualify for the samples or have previously received them.
• This sample pack includes two 5 ml bottles of our world-famous adhesive, plus one additional adhesive that you purchase.
• If you have never used clear adhesive, please be aware that there is a learning curve, as it can be difficult to see how much adhesive is on the extension. Please pay extra attention when dipping the extension into the adhesive.
